On August 6, we had a brief call to hear about Robin's elective surgery, two words she has banned from all of her future life choices. Also, Emily and Kelly got to hang out a bit together at Emily's new house. Also, Pam taught everyone a stress-reduction method that is seriously recommended as a good way to reduce anxiety and unsettled feelings.
